Direct Flights From Zakynthos Island
Is early May not a great time to go to Mykonos or other islands? I don’t need to be there and have all the eating places/outlets/beaches closed.
I know you point out Naxos alot, but she didn’t suppose there was a lot there for us. We would love your help, we're a celebration of 4 50 plus adults from Australia and never have been too the Greek Island. Our priorities are tradition and history, swimming in stunning beaches, stunning views, nice towns, and foods and drinks.
I’ve really spent a while scouring the knowledge and have used it to give you an itinerary, but would love your opinion and advice. We are planning a trip in early May to Mid May for 14 days to keep away from the crowds. We are flying in and out of Athens, so we thought we would fly into Athens, relaxation up the first night time, then see the sites there, spend another night and then ferry over to Mykonos the subsequent morning.
September is an effective time, although the start of September remains to be fairly near excessive season and you'll need to make bookings prematurely. The waters of the Ionian are a bit chillier than the Aegean, but the islands sport some very spectacular seashores and seaside resorts. They are extremely popular with Italian travellers in their boats and motorhomes.
My good friend who has been to Greece many instances said that a better choice can be to go to Rhodes or to regulate days and fly again to Athens and go to Corfu, she stated she even prefers Corfu over Rhodes. This will be our first trip to Greece, but we're good travelers, been all around the world and wish to get the most out of our 14 days and don’t want to waste too much time traveling and being on the street.

We’re not interested in clubbing at all, but extra laid-back late night bars positively enchantment. This will be our one huge vacation this year as we will be celebrating my 50th birthday whereas there so want it too be special. The ship is only accessible from sea, and most tour operators on the island run day trips. The greatest time to visit the seashore is early morning before the hordes of vacationers spoil the landscape. They are packaged tourist locations, although not fairly within the extreme league of the north coast of Crete, but definitely they look to the ‘managed’ traveller more than the individual.
